Leads CRM production quality and delivery across client accounts, overseeing Klaviyo-based lifecycle marketing, migrations, creative and technical execution, QA, automation, segmentation, and deployment. Manages 3–4 CRM Specialists, including workload, utilization, coaching, and development. Establishes production standards, drives process improvements, evaluates AI-enabled workflows, maintains platform expertise, and supports Braze certification and cross-functional resourcing.

Lead Domaine’s global technology and ecosystem partnerships across Shopify, Klaviyo, MarTech, and SaaS. Own partner strategy, sourced and influenced revenue, co-selling, joint go-to-market programs, business planning, partner program performance, ecosystem expansion, internal enablement, and reporting. Build executive relationships with platform and ISV partners, generate qualified pipeline, improve win rates, and connect partnerships to bookings and growth.

Lead conversion rate optimization and experimentation for direct-to-consumer Shopify brands. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify funnel friction, develop hypotheses, prioritize testing roadmaps, execute A/B tests, and translate results into actionable client recommendations. Conduct UX reviews, user testing, surveys, session analysis, and competitive audits while collaborating with UX, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
