Leads Dow’s Canadian direct tax strategy and governance, including corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, audits, controversy, transfer pricing, tax incentives, and planning. Oversees external advisors, coordinates federal and provincial filings and audits, resolves tax authority matters, ensures accurate financial statement tax balances, and drives process improvements aligned with global tax objectives.

Lead Dow’s global Thriving Communities and employee volunteerism strategies. Manage nonprofit partnerships, charitable contribution portfolios, community-needs assessments, volunteer initiatives, measurement frameworks, grant governance, and related technology platforms. Collaborate across regions, functions, HR, Corporate Affairs, employee resource groups, and external stakeholders to deliver measurable social impact. The role also oversees financial resources, volunteer manager deployment, reporting, and strategic investment recommendations.
