The Head of Scaled Sales will build sales-assisted growth strategies, optimize customer engagement, leverage data analytics, and deploy AI in sales processes.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of full-stack, customer-facing web experiences (Browse, Navigate, Preview). Drive architecture, tradeoffs, observability, testing, and on-call readiness. Partner with Product, Design, Data, Infrastructure, and platform teams, use approved AI tools responsibly, and own multi-phase rollouts, measurement, and cross-team alignment.

Lead and scale Dropbox's global revenue operations and GTM infrastructure across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Own revenue planning, forecasting, territory design, incentives, systems, analytics, and KPIs. Drive forecasting rigor, pipeline management, deal governance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams. Build and lead a high-performing RevOps organization, enable GTM readiness for launches and pricing changes, and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and predictability.
