Leads validation and qualification testing for liquid-cooling systems, including cold plates, manifolds, seals, and electromechanical assemblies. Develops test plans, conducts thermal, pressure, flow, mechanical, and packaging tests, analyzes data, investigates failure modes, performs root cause analysis, and recommends design improvements. The role also supports test equipment development, technical documentation, risk assessments, corrective actions, technician guidance, and laboratory safety compliance.

Lead large, complex hardware-based new product introduction and continuous improvement projects from scope definition through delivery. Establish schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance, risk controls, and KPI reporting while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and production teams. Mentor Project Managers, conduct executive reviews, manage stakeholders and changes, and coordinate global teams including APAC. The role requires launching complex electromechanical systems in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Leads complex product, manufacturing, supplier, and customer quality investigations; drives root-cause analysis, containment, CAPA, and effectiveness verification. Partners cross-functionally to translate field data into quality decisions, leads critical issue resolution, supports customer communications, refines quality standards and control plans, and trains personnel on quality tools and structured problem solving.
