Teams at Egis

Leads business development across Western Canada by identifying opportunities, building government and client relationships, securing major contracts, managing the sales pipeline and MSAs, supporting proposals, providing market intelligence, and mentoring the business development team. The role also represents Egis externally, coordinates cross-functional pursuit efforts, and drives transformation initiatives aligned with company growth priorities.

Manages multidisciplinary bridge design and inspection projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, resources, contracts, change orders, invoices, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, quality control, safety compliance, site inspections, reporting, and proposal support. Requires civil engineering expertise, knowledge of structural engineering standards, and coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Supports bridge and transportation infrastructure projects through structural analysis, design calculations, engineering drawings, specifications, technical reporting, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, tender documentation, inspections, rehabilitation assessments, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction support. The role contributes to projects from conceptual development through detailed design and delivery while ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
