Provide technical leadership, prepare design documentation, ensure code compliance, manage schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, liaise with clients, and improve departmental standards and processes.

Lead and execute business development strategy for Western Canada (Alberta, BC). Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, build senior stakeholder relationships, manage pipeline/MSAs, support proposals, provide market intelligence, collaborate with technical teams, mentor BD staff, represent Egis externally, and drive transformation initiatives to meet growth targets.
