The role involves administering Salesforce, developing automations with Flows and Apex, and maintaining data pipelines to support revenue operations at ElevenLabs.

Build and operate ElevenLabs' global compliance program covering ethics, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade compliance, third-party due diligence, investigations, training, monitoring, and reporting. Partner with Legal, People, Finance, GTM, Operations, and Security to embed practical controls and ensure regulatory adherence across global operations.

As a member of the Talent team, you will enhance ElevenLabs' hiring strategy by optimizing recruiting workflows, implementing talent tools, and managing stakeholders to streamline candidate experiences and reporting.
