Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, costing, contractor management, commissioning oversight, quality reporting, and training handover to facility management. Chair M&E meetings and resolve technical issues to ensure project delivery.

Lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion, managing design, budget, schedule, billings, subcontractor payments, client and architect communications, cost forecasting, project meetings, risk escalation, and team development.
