Manage building construction projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing design, coordination, budget, schedule, billings, subcontractor payments, and client communication. Lead project meetings, monitor costs and cash flow, report progress and risks to management, and mentor the project team while maintaining client relationships.

Manage mechanical, electrical and IT scopes on construction projects including scheduling, cost monitoring, subcontractor billing review, change review, commissioning, systems activation, design/constructability feedback, client liaison, and team mentoring.

Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, costing, contractor management, commissioning oversight, quality reporting, and training handover to facility management. Chair M&E meetings and resolve technical issues to ensure project delivery.
