Manage administrative HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, act as primary employee contact, run full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and students, maintain HRIS (Workday) data, support regional People & Culture programs, and participate in company-wide P&C initiatives and events.

Manage mechanical, electrical and IT scopes on construction projects including scheduling, cost monitoring, subcontractor billing review, change review, commissioning, systems activation, design/constructability feedback, client liaison, and team mentoring.

Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, costing, contractor management, commissioning oversight, quality reporting, and training handover to facility management. Chair M&E meetings and resolve technical issues to ensure project delivery.
