Lead and scale Ema’s global Customer Engagement function while personally overseeing strategic enterprise accounts. Build repeatable delivery, onboarding, hypercare, adoption, change-management, and value-realization methodologies. Own portfolio metrics, delivery economics, capacity planning, executive escalations, partner deployments, and renewal or expansion readiness. Hire and develop technically fluent delivery leaders capable of shipping AI, automation, and workflow-orchestration systems into production and ensuring post-launch stabilization and customer outcomes.

Lead social media and community strategy to scale Ema's brand and LinkedIn presence, create and repurpose content (blogs, carousels, short videos, newsletters), run experiments and performance tracking, build and engage a private enterprise AI community, support ABT microsite and events, and help convert community activity into sales pipeline.

The Sales Strategy and Operations Manager leads complex sales opportunities, develops ROI models, engages executives, and coordinates cross-functional input for compelling proposals.
