Lead funnel optimization, experimentation, pricing and paywall improvements, growth instrumentation, and launch reporting. Partner with marketing, engineering, and lifecycle teams while using quantitative analysis, user insights, and AI tools to identify high-impact opportunities and improve conversion and retention.

Lead the company’s AI product strategy, roadmap, and team. Oversee AI/ML optimization, generative AI, multi-agent systems, forecasting, attribution, experimentation, model governance, and deployment. Partner with engineering, data science, platform, GTM, and customer success leaders to scale reliable, explainable AI products, align executives, improve advertiser adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Own Xnurta’s growth funnel from signup through activation and expansion while leading product positioning, messaging, packaging, launches, and sales enablement. The role combines hands-on experimentation, funnel instrumentation, customer research, competitive analysis, and AI product marketing. Success requires shipping growth improvements, influencing roadmap decisions, and demonstrating measurable activation or expansion gains in a B2B SaaS environment.
