Build AI-driven systems for blockchain security, including smart contract analysis, vulnerability discovery, exploit analysis, threat detection, and security investigations. Develop AI agents that reason over codebases, protocol interactions, transactions, and wallet activity. Collaborate with security researchers and infrastructure teams on monitoring and incident response while researching blockchain attack techniques, Web3 infrastructure, and AI security trends.

Lead the design and implementation of intuitive experiences for AI-generated world, simulation, and creative tools. Partner with researchers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into polished products, rapidly prototype concepts, own features end to end, establish the design language, and refine experiences through user feedback and experimentation. The role combines product intuition, visual design, interaction design, and frontend engineering.

Supports day-to-day people, recruiting, and administrative operations in an onsite startup environment. Responsibilities include interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, HR process support, calendar and meeting management, documentation, ATS data hygiene, workflow organization, and employee administrative support. The role partners with leadership to improve coordination, maintain operational systems, and ensure efficient hiring and internal processes.
