Own end-to-end UX for OpenArt: design user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Partner with product, engineering, and research to translate user insights into robust, scalable design systems for AI-powered creative tools.

Design and implement agentic AI systems, ship full-stack features, construct ML pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, RAG, vector search, graph DB), evaluate and improve LLM agent reasoning, prototype LLMs, and build scalable infrastructure for long-running multi-step agents while working directly with customers and leadership.

Flexible generalist role for candidates excited about building AI-driven world simulations. Primarily seeking technical hires with adaptable engineering backgrounds. Exceptions possible for exceptional non-technical candidates. Role is on-site in San Mateo.
