A rotational sales development role covering warehouse logistics, operations, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing, credit management, project management, inside sales, and outside sales. The program develops expertise in HVAC/R products and building management systems while preparing participants to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build contractor and vendor relationships.

As an Inside Account Manager, you will interact with customers via phone and email, provide customer service, process orders, maintain relationships, and generate sales to meet targets.

Lead all profit centre operations and P&L performance. Recruit, train, coach and manage the team to achieve sales, gross profit and profit-sharing goals. Set account targets, analyze financial reports, implement strategies to grow sales and margins, manage assets and inventory, oversee purchasing and marketing plans, ensure customer service and safety, and safeguard centre assets.
