The Strategic Development Program Trainee will learn various aspects of business operations, including warehouse logistics, sales, and account management through a structured training program.

Develop and manage commercial mechanical contractor accounts, build customer relationships, prospect for new business, lead sales activities, grow market share, process orders and quotes, resolve account issues, support collections, and oversee vendor programs. The role requires customer visits to offices, shops, and job sites, along with collaboration across business, credit, customer service, and vendor teams.

The Sales Development Program Trainee rotates through warehouse logistics, operations, customer service, counter and inside sales, project management, purchasing, account management, and outside sales. The program develops knowledge of products, inventory, pricing, credit, financial statements, customer relationships, business development, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Trainees ultimately choose a career path within the business.
