Lead all business operations of a Profit Centre to grow sales and sustain profitability. Recruit, train, coach and manage the team; set sales goals; analyze financial reports; optimize sales, margins, productivity, assets and expenses; manage purchasing, inventory control, marketing plans, customer service standards, safety, and Profit Centre assets.

Rotational sales development program exposing hires to warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales/project management, and outside sales/account management. Trainees learn product knowledge for HVAC/R and building management systems, customer service, order/inventory/credit management, project management, and relationship selling while receiving mentorship and on-the-job training.

As an Inside Account Manager, you will interact with customers via phone and email, provide customer service, process orders, maintain relationships, and generate sales to meet targets.
