As an Inside Account Manager, you will interact with customers via phone and email, provide customer service, process orders, maintain relationships, and generate sales to meet targets.

Lead all profit centre operations and P&L performance. Recruit, train, coach and manage the team to achieve sales, gross profit and profit-sharing goals. Set account targets, analyze financial reports, implement strategies to grow sales and margins, manage assets and inventory, oversee purchasing and marketing plans, ensure customer service and safety, and safeguard centre assets.

The Strategic Development Program Trainee will learn various aspects of EMCO Corporation’s operations through a structured 5-phased program, including warehouse logistics, sales, and project management.
