Senior Corporate Counsel will advise on commercial, strategic, product, privacy, data, IP, governance, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include negotiating customer, vendor, partnership, SaaS, utility, interconnection, and energy services agreements; developing contract templates and playbooks; managing legal and commercial risk; partnering with business, engineering, product, and leadership teams; and building scalable legal processes. The role requires deep commercial contracting experience and familiarity with data center transactions, energy technology, AI/ML, cloud, or infrastructure businesses.

Lead complex technical programs involving software, infrastructure, data center deployments, utility integrations, and strategic partners. Align roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders. Translate technical requirements and system designs, establish program processes, manage cross-company risks, and support partner integrations. The role requires strong technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution in an ambiguous startup environment.

Lead 0→1 product development for Emerald Cloud Services: define vision, conduct customer discovery, set product requirements for AI compute provisioning and management, partner with engineering and GTM teams, and launch and scale cloud services for enterprise and AI customers.
