Lead 0→1 product development for Emerald Cloud Services: define vision, conduct customer discovery, set product requirements for AI compute provisioning and management, partner with engineering and GTM teams, and launch and scale cloud services for enterprise and AI customers.

Lead the core compute platform product, defining roadmap and technical requirements for workload orchestration, control plane APIs, telemetry, and observability. Partner with engineering and customers to deliver scalable, reliable platform services (GPU integrations, telemetry pipelines), drive releases, and prioritize investments balancing customer value and long-term architecture.

The Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager will shape and execute policy strategies, translating regulatory changes into actionable insights and fostering cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.
