Leads Enbridge’s Indigenous Employment and Inclusion Plan across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include advancing reconciliation commitments, Indigenous recruitment and retention, cultural supports, employee inclusion, cross-functional working groups, workforce metrics, strategic reporting, stakeholder partnerships, and engagement with Indigenous communities and organizations. The role advises leaders, coordinates cultural initiatives, represents the company externally, and supports meaningful organizational change.

Leads project controls for a major, multi-year portfolio, overseeing cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change control, contracts, governance, reporting, and performance. Develops recommendations for executive decisions, improves controls systems and processes, and manages a geographically distributed team of employees and contingent resources. Partners with project, executive, contractor, and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve delivery outcomes. Travel to field locations across Canada and the United States may be required.

Develops and executes corporate communications, including news releases, web content, key messages, reports, and media materials. Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, proofreading, monitoring media coverage, analyzing reputational risks, preparing coverage summaries, and supporting media inquiries. The role requires strong judgment, organization, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex business information into clear external communications while managing sensitive issues and tight deadlines.

Leads the Liquids Pipelines data modernization roadmap, delivering scalable data pipelines, curated datasets, analytics, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translates business and operational needs into technical designs, data models, governance practices, and multiyear delivery plans. Focus areas include power cost optimization, operational performance, data quality, and executive reporting. Partners with stakeholders and platform teams while mentoring analysts and advisors and guiding solutions from concept through sustainment.

Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial analysis for Enbridge and its subsidiaries. Deliver executive reporting, assess business performance and risks, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Strategy, and business teams to improve decision-making. Enhance FP&A processes through automation, standardization, system capabilities, and continuous improvement.
