Maintains and enhances enterprise GIS systems supporting pipeline operations. Develops geospatial automation and integration solutions using FME, SQL, and Python; performs advanced spatial analysis, mapping, and data quality assurance. The role requires approximately 50% travel across Canada and the United States.

Prepare and coordinate annual and interim consolidated financial statements, MD&A and disclosures (including XBRL). Support external reporting, prospectus preparation, SOX compliance, accounting research for major transactions, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure US GAAP and SEC reporting compliance.

Supports Enbridge’s regulatory compliance management program by monitoring legislative and regulatory changes, assessing business impacts, maintaining legal registers and compliance data, tracking regulatory actions, and developing reports and dashboards. The role also supports compliance assessments, stakeholder training, process documentation, governance improvements, and communication of regulatory updates across business units.

Sponsors complex pipeline integrity projects from development and funding through execution and close-out. Develops integrity strategies, prioritizes risk mitigation investments, supports capital planning, and applies risk-based decision-making. Represents Integrity and Risk Management on cross-functional initiatives, provides technical leadership and integrity assurance, mentors engineers, and improves integrity processes and tools. The role requires approximately 20% travel throughout Canada and the United States.

Lead and support Oracle Cloud Finance solutions across GL, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and PPM. Translate Finance requirements into scalable system designs, lead SIT and UAT testing, optimize processes, validate data, manage master data, and collaborate with stakeholders, architecture, integration, security, reporting, and operations teams. Provide techno-functional expertise, facilitate workshops and training, and support enterprise Finance system delivery and enhancements.

Verifies and balances crude oil receipts and deliveries, records revenue and receivables, issues customer invoices, validates gain/loss calculations, prepares inventory and regulatory reports, and communicates with shippers, pipeline partners, customers, operations, asset management, and business development teams.

Leads the development and deployment of advanced analytics, data science, and AI solutions for supply chain management. Partners with business, finance, technology, ERP, and vendor teams to create analytical products, dashboards, and decision-support tools. Applies machine learning, optimization, NLP, and statistical modeling to improve forecasting, inventory, supplier, procurement, contract, and spend performance. Establishes data governance, model monitoring, quality practices, and responsible AI standards while mentoring collaborators and promoting data-driven decision-making.
