Lead and hands-on develop cloud-native applications for Gas Transmission operations: design, code, review, mentor, translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensure reliability, performance, and engineering best practices across testing, automation, security, and CI/CD.

Lead a team of project controls professionals to manage cost, schedule, forecasting, reporting, and performance for major capital projects. Ensure accurate cost/schedule integration, track earned value, identify overruns, implement mitigations, and maintain WBS-aligned reporting tools. Hire, mentor, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Provide functional support and sustainment for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable, resolve incidents per ITIL, perform root-cause analysis, implement automation/AIOps improvements, maintain AP/PO configuration, coordinate testing and cloud updates, monitor key metrics, and train users to improve efficiency, controls, and system reliability.
