Coordinates telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects by managing schedules, vendors, field resources, client communications, project documentation, quotes, invoices, trackers, and shared inboxes. Reviews field data for accuracy, follows up on discrepancies, identifies issues, and improves coordination procedures and templates. Requires strong administration, organization, communication, Google Sheets skills, and at least two years of relevant infrastructure or Outside Plant construction experience.
