Provides technical leadership for high-density and secondary network electrical projects from planning through closeout. Reviews and authenticates engineering work, defines complex project scope, oversees consultant deliverables, develops standards, supports construction, and ensures compliance with engineering codes, regulations, and safety requirements. The role mentors engineers and technologists, coordinates stakeholders and contractors, resolves technical challenges, and provides team leadership coverage when needed.

Supports commercial management and optimization of joint venture generation assets, including contract negotiations, financial and scenario modeling, regulatory analysis, compliance, governance, market forecasting, outage optimization, and process improvement. The role coordinates stakeholders, forums, corrective actions, reporting, and contractual frameworks while working with generation operations, energy marketing, RTOs, and external counterparties.
