The Manager, Power Markets will analyze and forecast wholesale power markets, including pricing, supply-demand, congestion, CRR/FTR markets, and regulatory changes. The role develops market models, publications, trade insights, and planning recommendations, with a focus on ERCOT and MISO. Responsibilities include client and stakeholder engagement, webinars, thought leadership, lead generation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires strong quantitative, communication, leadership, and energy market modeling expertise.

The Manager, Power Markets will conduct market analysis, develop forecasts, manage datasets, collaborate with teams, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Drives revenue growth across Western Canadian oil and gas clients through new business acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and retention. Develops territory plans, manages sales pipelines and forecasts, leads consultative presentations, and builds executive relationships. Collaborates with technical advisors, customer success, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and share customer insights. Represents the company at Calgary-area energy events and industry networks.
