Performs on-site telecommunications field services, including network troubleshooting, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, cutovers, upgrades, acceptance testing, network optimization, and site documentation. Coordinates with technicians and departments to maintain SLA performance. The role requires working at heights, tower access, safety compliance, inventory management, administrative reporting, rotational shift work, overtime, and regular 24-hour on-call support.
