Leads geochemical characterization and ML/ARD management studies supporting environmental assessment and permitting for major mining and resource projects. Provides senior technical review, develops mass balance and geochemical models, integrates multidisciplinary water resource investigations, mentors teams, manages performance, advises clients, and supports business development. Builds client relationships, expands integrated water management services, contributes to global technical communities, and delivers technical leadership on multimillion-dollar projects across Canada and internationally.

Lead EHS regulatory compliance audits, design and implement EHS strategies, support international standards, and manage national/global projects while engaging senior leaders and building client relationships.

Lead client relationships and growth for capital project development across diversified energy and power. Drive sales and delivery of multi‑million dollar programs, influence strategy as a Partner, ensure regulatory and risk-compliant project execution, recruit and mentor teams, and expand ERM's market position in sustainable energy development.
