Teams at ERM

Lead and execute groundwater investigation and monitoring programs, supervise field teams and subcontractors, perform aquifer testing and data analysis, manage large hydrogeologic datasets, prepare technical reports and proposals, and support project delivery and health & safety for mining, oil & gas, and industrial clients.

Support hydrogeological investigations at mining and remote sites: perform field data collection and sampling, hydraulic testing, well installation oversight, groundwater monitoring and data management, prepare technical maps and reports, assist project planning and health & safety plans, and support multidisciplinary teams while adhering to QA/QC and safety protocols.

Lead technical delivery of hydrogeology for major environmental assessments and permitting across Canada. Advise clients, manage and mentor hydrogeology teams, design and execute field programs, develop conceptual site models, and drive business development to grow ERM's integrated water management practice.
