Serve as the primary technical advisor for mid-market cybersecurity customers. Lead onboarding, platform optimization, security reviews, technical check-ins, and customer enablement. Monitor account health, resolve escalations, coordinate with SOC, Product, and Engineering teams, and translate threat intelligence and security findings into prioritized customer guidance. Partner with Account Managers, advocate for customer needs, demonstrate service value, and align technical stakeholders across customer organizations.

Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including skills-gap analysis, role-based learning, onboarding, workshops, certifications, communications, KPI measurement, tool adoption, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports sales performance through technical and non-technical training while requiring cybersecurity knowledge, executive communication, and experience managing enablement programs and roadmaps.

Advise customers on Microsoft security environments, conduct security health assessments and license reviews, identify risks, and deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps. Lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and technical workshops across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure. Make approved tenant configuration changes, support security escalations, manage concurrent consulting engagements, and communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders. Maintain Microsoft roadmap expertise, use AI tools to improve delivery, and support sales and internal Microsoft strategy.
