The Community Relations Representative serves as the main point of contact for residents, managing communication, supporting move-in/move-out processes, and enhancing resident satisfaction with strong customer service. They collaborate with community management and maintain compliance with laws and company policies while organizing resident events and addressing inquiries across the property portfolio.

Manage a team of community relations representatives to deliver excellent resident experiences. Oversee resident communications, move-in/move-out processes, event coordination, compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, budgeting, staff performance, and special projects. Collaborate with community management to improve operations and ensure timely responses via CRM systems.

Serve as the primary in-person resident contact, manage communications via CRM and Funnel, facilitate move-ins/outs, support community operations, organize events, handle confidential information, ensure compliance with housing and safety laws, and maintain high customer service standards in an on-site, five-day workweek role.
