Develop and maintain the Invoice Simple platform, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, infrastructure automation, and production software. Partner with application teams to improve architecture, reliability, observability, and operational readiness. Design, implement, and ship features; investigate incidents; and prevent recurring issues through technical improvements. The role requires strong cloud, Kubernetes, distributed systems, database, TypeScript, and JavaScript expertise.

Lead Joist's new customer acquisition strategy and execution across Web, iOS, and Android. Own multi-million dollar paid media investments, forecasting, channel orchestration, and testing. Partner with paid media, SEO, and analytics teams to optimize funnel (traffic → signup → paid), build measurement infrastructure, and report performance to senior leadership.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on backend development for enterprise integration, AWS microservices, APIs, event-driven flows, and Workato automation. Architect scalable, secure solutions, implement AI/agentic automation, mentor engineers, improve SDLC practices, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation from requirements to production.
