Senior Content Designer responsible for shaping patient communications across digital healthcare experiences, including product copy, emails, and push notifications. The role combines hands-on writing, content strategy, editing, user feedback analysis, healthcare information simplification, voice development, and cross-functional collaboration. This first content design hire will establish guidelines, processes, and AI-supported workflows while coaching teams and building the content design practice.

Leads and grows an AI engineering team building production LLM-powered healthcare products. Responsibilities include defining AI systems, evaluation practices, prompt and model management, retrieval, guardrails, monitoring, observability, model upgrades, cost and latency optimization, and roadmap planning. Partners with Product, Clinical, Pharmacy, and CX teams to ensure AI systems are safe, accurate, auditable, and compliant in a regulated healthcare environment.

Own and scale full-lifecycle marketing programs across activation, engagement, retention, and win-back. Develop personalized transactional and marketing journeys through email, push, SMS, and in-app channels using Iterable. Write customer communications, run optimization experiments, and collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
