Architects, designs, validates, and documents mechanical and thermal systems for electronic assemblies. Leads mechanical design engagements, client communications, presales scoping, partner oversight, quality reviews, testing, and delivery coordination. Produces production-ready drawings, tolerance analyses, BOMs, and prototypes while guiding thermal and FEA work. Supports AI-enabled workflow improvements, project staffing, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across hardware, PCB, software, and systems teams.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, amendments, procurement agreements, RFPs, RFQs, and statements of work across Canada and the United States. Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance; maintain contract repositories; track renewals and milestones; support acquisitions; assess risk; resolve disputes; and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, HR, Sales, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

Architect AI/ML solutions for clients by evaluating requirements, designing deployment approaches, estimating work, identifying risks, and writing technical proposals. The role involves deploying models on FPGA, GPU, SoC, and AI accelerator platforms while balancing latency, throughput, power, and memory constraints. Responsibilities also include client presentations, solution feasibility assessment, data and MLOps planning, cross-functional collaboration, product development, and research investment identification.
