Manage new equipment orders from quoting through final delivery, including sourcing, configuration, preparation, transportation, invoicing, financing, warranty, and documentation. Serve as the primary contact for sales teams and stakeholders, monitor milestones, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Support process improvements, standard operating procedures, special projects, and team coverage while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of enterprise financial applications. Translate business requirements into technical specs, troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, maintain documentation, ensure change management and compliance, and partner with finance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Own and maintain procurement master data in the ERP, partner with stakeholders and suppliers to gather requirements, analyze and correct data, build reports/dashboards (PowerBI), support system enhancements and governance, and lead continuous improvement and mentorship for procurement data processes.
