Provide administrative procurement support including PO and invoice reconciliation, procuring goods from preferred suppliers, backing up Strategic Buyers, and monitoring inventory and parts tracking. Use ERP systems and MS Office to resolve discrepancies, maintain records, and assist inventory cleanup and processes.

The Project Manager III oversees complex projects, leading teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while managing risks and fostering continuous improvement.

Lead business-focused, end-to-end strategic projects using Finning's project management and continuous improvement frameworks. Define charters, roadmaps and execution plans, drive process improvements and change management, mentor project leads, coordinate large initiatives, and deliver results aligned to timelines, budgets and business goals using Product Link solutions and Microsoft project tools.
