Teams at Finning

Delivers and demonstrates Caterpillar construction, forestry, and mining equipment to customers; develops customized operator training; teaches machine operation, safety, maintenance, onboard technology, and application best practices. Supports sales with equipment configuration and product expertise, collaborates with Caterpillar on machine performance, and trains internal teams on safe equipment movement and authorization programs. Builds customer relationships, assesses operator competency, and identifies productivity and efficiency improvements.

Manage and grow strategic rental customer accounts by developing account plans, building executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, leading negotiations, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Serve as the primary customer contact while collaborating with operations, sales, product support, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions, strengthen retention, and drive long-term business growth.

Provide on-site technical support and data analysis for mining equipment to improve reliability and performance. Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, produce fleet and KPI reports, monitor condition data, support process and product improvements, and liaise with customers, Finning teams, and Caterpillar.
