Lead and coach a dispersed team of preventative maintenance technicians to ensure safe, consistent PM execution. Conduct field visits, oversee PM planning, monitor KPIs, resolve technical and scheduling issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer equipment reliability and satisfaction.

Provide shop support by assisting technicians with basic mechanical tasks, organizing and staging parts, moving materials and equipment, operating floor sweepers/forklifts/skid steers, performing cleaning and 5S activities, participating in kaizen improvements, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Provide Tier 4 production support for Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and SQL-based data platforms. Triage and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks, improve monitoring/automation, collaborate on releases, and support operational readiness and data quality for scalable, secure, AI-ready data solutions.
