Own and build FirstPrinciples’ go-to-market function from the ground up. Define the ideal customer profile, positioning, sales process, partnerships, pipeline systems, pricing, and commercial strategy. Lead prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, pilots, negotiations, and closing across research and commercial organizations. Build relationships with physicists, research leaders, laboratories, and industry teams while translating complex AI research capabilities into credible customer value. Establish repeatable sales processes, manage revenue goals, and provide market feedback to product, research, and engineering teams.

Work directly with physicists to drive adoption of an AI research platform: own user lifecycle from discovery to retention, design onboarding and scalable workflows, build guides and tooling, identify UX friction, and act as a technical point of contact while partnering with research and engineering.

Lead a team of researchers to define and execute high-impact research programs bridging ML, scientific domains, and product. Shape hypotheses, experiments, models, data strategy, evaluations, and implementations while mentoring researchers and driving research into validated, reusable capabilities and deployed systems.
