Provides technical support for hardware, software, network, mobile device, printer, and enterprise technology issues through ticketing, email, phone, and in-person channels. Maintains IT asset inventories, software records, documentation, and knowledge-base articles. Analyzes support metrics, improves workflows, implements technologies, documents procedures, and assists with system upgrades while collaborating across the organization.

Provides financial analysis, modeling, reporting, bid and pricing support, contract review, scenario analysis, rate-build maintenance, and post-award audits. The role partners with Operations, Commercial, Business Development, Project Management, and Finance teams to identify risks, evaluate financial implications, improve commercial processes, and support profitable project and contract decisions.

Manage complex, high-value subcontracting activities from sourcing through post-award execution. Lead bidding, commercial evaluations, negotiations, subcontract drafting, client contract flowdowns, onboarding, performance monitoring, change management, claims support, and closeout. Provide commercial guidance, manage risk and compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, improve processes, and mentor team members while supporting project and operational requirements.

Process and administer weekly union and non-union payroll for employees and contractors, ensure compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation, maintain payroll records, prepare remittances and ROEs, reconcile payroll accounts, produce payroll reports, support audits, liaise with system vendors, and contribute to payroll process improvements.

Partner with business units to analyze workflows, map current and future states, gather requirements, and identify automation opportunities. Scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions using low-code and AI-assisted tools. Support UAT, documentation, ROI prioritization, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver adoptable technology-enabled solutions.

Lead development and execution of FLINT's enterprise training framework. Design scalable programs (leadership, HSE, Quality, PMO), establish competency pathways, drive LMS adoption, measure training impact, support certification and succession planning, and partner with senior stakeholders while managing and mentoring the Training and Talent Development team.

Produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings for oil and gas projects using AutoCAD, CADWorx and SpoolFab/Acron. Work within VDC workflows, create pressure vessel and nozzle drawings with welding details and cross-sections, ensure compliance with codes and project specifications, maintain high accuracy, and communicate in English. Role requires WHMIS and reliable transportation; safety-sensitive with drug and alcohol testing.

Lead and administer the business unit HSE program, ensure compliance with corporate safety management systems and provincial OH&S legislation, maintain safety documentation and KPIs, audit field operations, coach leaders and subcontractors, and implement safety programs and training.

Lead FLINT's Electrical & Instrumentation business, driving strategy, operational excellence, safety, quality, and financial performance across construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects while developing teams and client relationships.
