Partner with business units to analyze workflows, map current and future states, gather requirements, and identify automation opportunities. Scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions using low-code and AI-assisted tools. Support UAT, documentation, ROI prioritization, and continuous improvement while collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver adoptable technology-enabled solutions.

Lead development and execution of FLINT's enterprise training framework. Design scalable programs (leadership, HSE, Quality, PMO), establish competency pathways, drive LMS adoption, measure training impact, support certification and succession planning, and partner with senior stakeholders while managing and mentoring the Training and Talent Development team.

Process and administer weekly union and non-union payroll, ensure compliance with federal/provincial legislation, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries and reports, respond to employee payroll inquiries, maintain records, support audits, liaise with vendors, and drive payroll system/process improvements.

Lead a project accounting team to manage time entry, billing, A/R, WIP, month-end close and reporting. Prepare progress billing, stewardship reports, EVM/variance analysis, track change orders, and monitor productivity and equipment utilization to control project costs and support DSO improvement.

Produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings for oil and gas projects using AutoCAD, CADWorx and SpoolFab/Acron. Work within VDC workflows, create pressure vessel and nozzle drawings with welding details and cross-sections, ensure compliance with codes and project specifications, maintain high accuracy, and communicate in English. Role requires WHMIS and reliable transportation; safety-sensitive with drug and alcohol testing.

Lead and administer the business unit HSE program, ensure compliance with corporate safety management systems and provincial OH&S legislation, maintain safety documentation and KPIs, audit field operations, coach leaders and subcontractors, and implement safety programs and training.

Lead FLINT's Electrical & Instrumentation business, driving strategy, operational excellence, safety, quality, and financial performance across construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects while developing teams and client relationships.

Prepare and analyze consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, Board reporting, and covenant compliance. Lead internal management reporting and external disclosures, provide technical IFRS accounting guidance, support audits, drive reporting automation, and partner with finance leadership on strategic initiatives.

Manage the subcontract lifecycle from sourcing through post-award execution: draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts; implement prime contract flowdowns; coordinate with Operations, Legal, HSE, and Finance; monitor compliance; support change management, claims, and performance tracking; maintain audit-ready records; and contribute to subcontracting process improvements and onboarding.

Lead industrial construction and turnaround projects across the full lifecycle: support bid development, plan execution, manage cost/schedule/scope/risk/quality, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and closeout activities.

Develop, write, edit, and manage commercial and technical proposal packages (RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, pre-quals). Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and subcontractors, track opportunities in Salesforce, organize proposal documentation, assign tasks, and ensure timely, client-focused submissions.
