Provides accounting and project finance support through high-volume time entry, accounts payable processing, employee expense handling, project setup, revenue recognition support, work-in-progress management, invoicing, payroll entry review, and client billing documentation. Collaborates with employees, project managers, operational managers, and consulting staff to ensure accurate financial records and timely billing.

Coordinates the full proposal lifecycle, including RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, and prequalifications. Writes, edits, proofreads, and compiles commercial and technical proposal materials; coordinates contributors, tracks deadlines, maintains documentation in Salesforce, identifies subcontracting opportunities, and supports business development through research, technical writing, and Q&A assistance.

Leads project accounting operations, including time entry, billing, revenue recognition, month-end close, accounts receivable, accruals, variance analysis, WIP aging, and project performance reporting. Coaches Financial Transaction Coordinators, supports project setup and rate analysis, resolves transaction anomalies, manages customer audits and payment issues, and collaborates with Operations to improve invoicing, working capital, and DSO performance.
