Supports commercial finance through financial analysis, rate-build modeling, bid and pricing analysis, contract review, scenario modeling, reporting, and post-award audits. The role partners with operations, commercial, business development, project management, and finance teams to identify risks, improve financial models, verify contract alignment, and support profitable business decisions.

Manage multiple mechanical construction projects across development, execution, and completion. Responsibilities include client communication, contract execution, project planning, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and directing Project Controls teams. The role requires experience with brownfield and greenfield construction, pipelines, plant shutdowns, technical drawings, estimating, scheduling, project management systems, and financial performance analysis.

Manages complex subcontracting activities from sourcing and bidding through negotiation, award, post-award administration, change management, claims support, and closeout. Provides commercial and contractual guidance, manages subcontractor relationships, ensures compliance and risk control, and mentors team members while improving processes, governance, and documentation.
