Provide accounting support for billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll review, and project financials. Ensure accurate time entry, produce client invoices, support revenue recognition and WIP management, and communicate with employees and project managers.

Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling, manage all employee and client travel bookings and vendor relationships, communicate with site leadership and clients, and ensure travel and training activities comply with company and client policies.

Develop, write, edit, and manage commercial and technical proposal packages (RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, pre-quals). Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and subcontractors, track opportunities in Salesforce, organize proposal documentation, assign tasks, and ensure timely, client-focused submissions.
