Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to three or more senior leaders, including a C-suite executive. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, events, confidential information, and stakeholder coordination. Anticipate priorities, resolve scheduling and administrative issues, prepare meeting materials, support leadership forums, improve workflows, and collaborate with the broader administrative team in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Manages relationships with retail partners, handles day-to-day communications, supports Account Executives and Directors, leads defined meetings, prepares performance reviews, oversees analytics and reporting, manages distribution budgets, and coordinates cross-functional retailer projects from kickoff through completion. The role translates performance data into actionable insights, communicates Flipp’s value, and supports partner strategy, retention, and growth.

Lead consultative sales and adoption of Flipp’s Print-to-Digital solution across North American retailers. Manage the full sales cycle, including solutioning, presentations, demos, account strategy, and deal closure. Translate complex analytical outputs into compelling client narratives, define onboarding and measurement frameworks, and demonstrate campaign ROI. Collaborate with marketing science, product, technology, analytics, finance, and operations teams while influencing retail transformation strategy and meeting annual revenue quotas.
