Own full-cycle technical recruiting across the Americas for senior product and engineering roles. Build hiring strategy, source passive candidates, partner with senior stakeholders, track hiring metrics, improve processes, and collaborate on candidate experience and onboarding.

As a Senior Product Manager at Fluxon, you will drive strategy, establish product vision, communicate with stakeholders, and lead product development cycles.

Manage core People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, offboarding). Serve as a primary employee contact, support people programs and performance cycles, process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions, and assist with compliance (I-9s, state registrations, leave paperwork). Execute projects, improve HR programs, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote North America role.
