Leads architecture for Fortive’s HR technology ecosystem, including Oracle HCM, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, LMS platforms, and enterprise integrations. Defines API-first integration strategies, data governance, security standards, and modernization roadmaps. Designs and deploys AI, automation, NLP, and chatbot capabilities for HR workflows. Advises HR and IT stakeholders, guides vendors and technical teams, and mentors integration developers while ensuring compliance, data quality, and scalable platform architecture.

Owns the cloud architecture vision and roadmap for an AWS-first, multi-cloud SaaS environment. Designs secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure; leads cloud modernization; enables AI and data platforms; establishes Terraform, CI/CD, observability, security, governance, and reliability standards; and partners with engineering, security, operations, customers, auditors, and leadership. Coordinates major incident response and drives self-service infrastructure and developer experience improvements.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI and analytics capabilities for an enterprise EHSQ SaaS platform. Lead customer and market discovery, prioritize backlogs, define product metrics, and partner with engineering, data science, architecture, design, sales, marketing, and services teams. Drive AI feature launches, adoption measurement, governance, enablement, pricing, and executive communications while ensuring trustworthy, explainable, and compliant product experiences.

Presents and demonstrates customized EHSQ SaaS solutions throughout the sales cycle. Conducts discovery sessions, captures requirements, develops technical sales strategies, addresses technical objections, articulates business value, and supports customer engagements. The role also contributes to marketing events, trains sales teams, manages multiple engagements, and travels 15–25% as needed.

Develop and deliver features for large-scale web applications using full-stack technologies across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Microsoft, and cloud stacks. Collaborate in agile Scrum or Kanban teams with architects, QA, product management, and stakeholders. Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, troubleshooting, performance, security, and continuous improvement while building high-quality software solutions.
