Owns the cloud architecture vision and roadmap for an AWS-first, multi-cloud SaaS environment. Coach regional sellers, create sales enablement tools, improve forecasting and qualification discipline, and collaborate cross-functionally on pricing, onboarding, retention, product positioning, and continuous improvement.

Presents and demonstrates customized EHSQ SaaS solutions throughout the sales cycle. Conducts discovery sessions, captures requirements, develops technical sales strategies, addresses technical objections, articulates business value, and supports customer engagements. The role also contributes to marketing events, trains sales teams, manages multiple engagements, and travels 15–25% as needed.

Lead and scale a Product Solution Engineering team that bridges Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. Coach solutions engineers to deliver technically viable, scalable solutions, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support and Product, influence product strategy with real-world insights, and drive adoption and long-term customer success.

Design and build high-performing web applications on a next-generation platform. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to implement microservices and microfrontends, troubleshoot complex issues, drive CI/CD and quality practices, mentor teammates, and champion clean code, usability, and performance.

Develop and deliver features for large-scale web applications using full-stack technologies across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Microsoft, and cloud stacks. Collaborate in agile Scrum or Kanban teams with architects, QA, product management, and stakeholders. Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, troubleshooting, performance, security, and continuous improvement while building high-quality software solutions.

Design end-to-end workflows and interfaces for complex web and mobile EHSQ applications. Use research, product analytics, and user insights to create, prototype, test, and iterate scalable, accessible designs. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers, contribute to a component-based design system, and integrate AI-assisted tools into design workflows.
