Performs general production and shop duties, including material handling, assisting machine operators, loading and unloading pipe, stacking casing, operating hand tools and yard equipment, housekeeping, and following safety and quality procedures. May operate forklifts, loaders, overhead cranes, and hoists. The role requires basic math, mechanical aptitude, drawing comprehension, teamwork, and flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Coordinate creation, distribution, and maintenance of internal and external work orders to support manufacturing. Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing on scheduling, material availability, costing, and technical drawings to ensure on-time production and customer requirements. Maintain records, QMS compliance, and participate in safety and process improvements.

Partner with operations to promote safety culture, ensure OH&S compliance, conduct incident investigations, deliver training, perform inspections and audits, track corrective actions, maintain safety documentation and support continuous improvement at a Calgary manufacturing night shift.

Lead Sustaining Engineer provides technical leadership for downhole tool lifecycle support, maintains engineering drawings and documentation, manages Enterprise PDM and configuration control, improves systems and processes, supports engineering change orders, and collaborates with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity and scalability.
