Lead Sustaining Engineer provides technical leadership for downhole tool lifecycle support, maintains engineering drawings and documentation, manages Enterprise PDM and configuration control, improves systems and processes, supports engineering change orders, and collaborates with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity and scalability.

Lead design, development, and improvement of downhole/oilfield tools using 3D CAD and FEA. Produce technical drawings and documentation, manage project charters and design files, perform lab and field testing, advise manufacturing and quality control, and support assembly and inspection activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Drive sales of Variperm downhole sand control and flow control products by building and maintaining customer relationships, targeting new business, managing RFQ/RFP processes, providing market intelligence, coordinating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and conducting occasional site visits.
