Design, build, and maintain dimensional data models, semantic layer, and production data transformation pipelines (dbt/Snowflake). Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and Product to deliver governed, AI-ready data products, monitor data quality, enable ML features, and coach junior engineers to uphold code and governance standards.

Support implementation, testing, and optimization of a third-party decision engine. Execute QA, backtesting, and data validation, document requirements and processes, collaborate with Pricing, Risk, and Engineering, and ensure decisioning workflows integrate reliably with core applications.

Lead a 70+ person inside sales organization, owning strategy and execution for new sales, renewals, and win-backs. Drive forecasting, analytics-driven performance improvements, process change, cross-functional launches, tool enhancements, compensation design, and talent development to scale a high-volume fintech sales operation.
