Own complex technical support escalations for SmartSimple, serving as the bridge between Support and Engineering. Reproduce issues, analyze logs and configurations, document root causes, create prioritized Jira tickets, and track fixes through deployment and client confirmation. Use SQL, APIs, monitoring tools, and browser diagnostics to resolve issues. Identify recurring defects, maintain known issues and knowledge resources, improve escalation quality, and mentor support staff.

Own product positioning, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, competitor analysis, and client expansion campaigns across a complex B2B SaaS portfolio. Develop messaging and content, partner with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Demand Generation, and measure campaign performance to increase upgrades, expansions, renewals, and revenue.

Leads recruiting and team member lifecycle strategy from sourcing through onboarding, early tenure, and offboarding. Manages and develops a recruiting and team experience team, builds proactive sourcing programs, partners strategically with hiring managers, and improves hiring outcomes using metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, retention, and onboarding satisfaction.

Manage SaaS client relationships and own the renewal process from end to end. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics, assess churn risk, develop account plans, and partner with Customer Success to improve client outcomes. The role requires strategic advising, cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with philanthropic or nonprofit-sector software solutions.

Provide technical support for SmartSimple SaaS customers by triaging tickets, troubleshooting configuration, workflow, reporting, database, and integration issues, and escalating complex problems. Maintain ticket documentation, test engineering fixes, support feature adoption, and deliver client training. Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to process improvements, and meet ticket volume, response time, and customer satisfaction KPIs. The remote role may require less than 10% travel.

Provide technical support for SmartSimple SaaS clients by triaging tickets, troubleshooting configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and data issues. Document resolutions, escalate complex problems, test engineering fixes, support feature adoption, and train clients. The role requires clear communication, ticket management, KPI performance, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. Occasional travel may be required.

Own and evolve Foundant’s brand strategy, architecture, standards, and visual identity across client segments and product lines. Create campaigns, marketing assets, templates, web materials, sales collateral, product launches, events, and social content. Use AI creative tools, manage brand systems, direct photography and illustration, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee freelancers or agencies when needed.
