Own problem framing, architecture, system design, product development, customer discovery, AI system verification, fundraising support, and eventual technical team building. Build maintainable products with frontier models and agentic architectures, prioritize customer traction before scaling, and translate ambiguous product intent into clear specifications and working solutions. This is a full-time, exclusive founder partnership with meaningful equity and decision-making authority.

Own product and engineering as a technical co-founder, writing production code and setting the technical direction. Harden AI voice and workflow systems, build the managed RaaS delivery infrastructure, establish reliability and observability standards, optimize AI quality and cost-per-call, and guide the roadmap toward scalable AI staff products and self-hosted models. Represent the venture with customers and investors, recruit the founding engineering team, and lead technical execution.

Lead Omnex, an AI-native operating system for multi-channel ecommerce sellers, as co-founder and CEO. Own venture strategy, customer development, product direction, fundraising, go-to-market, hiring, and company culture. The role involves refining the ideal customer profile, pricing, and positioning; securing pilot and paid customers; partnering with product and engineering teams to launch V1; raising seed capital; and recruiting the founding team. This is an equity-based co-founder partnership, not a salaried executive position.
