Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of gaiia’s billing and revenue management product. Research customer needs, analyze data, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and implementation teams. Design solutions for complex rating, charging, invoicing, payment, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements while reducing manual work and billing errors. Translate finance and operational needs into clear product requirements and use AI tools to improve research, analysis, prototyping, and technical discovery.

Protect gaiia’s products, cloud infrastructure, customer data, and teams through application security, cloud security, vulnerability and incident management, GRC, and security enablement. The role includes threat modeling, architecture reviews, penetration testing, IAM improvements, compliance support, incident response, security roadmap ownership, and collaboration with engineering, sales, legal, and leadership.

Lead end-to-end B2B software customer implementations from scoping through Go Live. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, product requirements, customer relationships, escalations, and executive communications. Coordinate product, engineering, solutions, and customer success teams while improving implementation processes. Use AI tools such as Claude to automate reporting, identify portfolio risks, and develop AI-powered PMO workflows.
