Split time between software development and technical and people leadership. Own architecture, technical vision, code quality, hiring, coaching, planning, stakeholder collaboration, GraphQL APIs, AWS-based serverless microservices, third-party network integrations, and customer network onboarding support.

The Workflow Automation Engineer will implement telecom provisioning workflows, collaborate with the solutions team, and optimize automation processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and support.

The Workflow Solutions Engineer designs and implements scalable telecom network solutions, collaborates with internal teams, and provides technical oversight during implementations.
