Track engagement metrics, maintain CRM profiles, deliver executive reporting, analyze market trends, and ensure compliant, ethical stakeholder engagement. The role requires extensive travel and strong strategic relationship-building, communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

Leads U.S. injectable aesthetics portfolio growth by identifying market opportunities, developing category and brand strategies, building growth business cases, and translating insights into commercial execution. Oversees competitive intelligence, sales enablement, promotional content, portfolio reviews, cross-functional initiatives, KPIs, and regulatory approval processes. Partners with Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Insights, and other teams to strengthen competitive advantage and execute growth priorities across brands and customer segments.

Own the direct-to-consumer ecommerce storefront, driving revenue through site optimization, promotions, subscriptions, merchandising, loyalty, CRO testing, SEO, and retention initiatives. Manage product launches, post-purchase functionality, inventory and sales forecasting, performance analytics, technical troubleshooting, and agency relationships. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, loyalty, operations, and development teams to improve conversion, average order value, customer experience, and site performance.
