Perform systems and cybersecurity engineering for LC5ISR-T: define requirements, design system security architecture, conduct vulnerability assessments, manage SPRs, support integration/testing, and produce SA&A and security artifacts to meet military/industry standards.

Design, code, test, integrate and maintain software for deployed defence systems. Develop user interfaces, analyze legacy code, create unit and automated tests (Python), and participate in technical and Agile team activities.

Designs and executes integration, verification and validation tests in lab and field. Develops test plans, automation (Python, Squish, Robot), and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborates in Agile teams with software, systems, and customers to investigate and resolve complex defects and ensure subsystem interoperability across networking, radio, and server environments.

Drive international sales of TacCIS products by translating technical capabilities into business value, supporting proposals and demos, capturing requirements, enabling BD, and acting as post-sale technical advocate. Collaborate with product, engineering, and partners, gather market intelligence, and support pricing and POCs to meet revenue targets.

Conduct ergonomic and human factors analyses for military systems, focusing on hardware, vehicle integration, reach and accommodation studies, usability testing, and user-centred design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, recommend design changes, produce reports and presentations, and support iterative improvements informed by research and testing.
