Lead and mentor GUI and human-factors design for complex software and firmware on military embedded systems. Provide hands-on UX/HCI design, prototyping, usability testing, interface requirements, and design specifications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using SAFe, coach junior designers, and apply user-centred practices and AI/ML where appropriate.

Contribute systems and product-level design for LC5ISR-T, document requirements and interfaces, manage SPRs, support development and test, perform threat modeling and vulnerability assessments, design system security architecture to standards (NIST RMF, ITSG-33, DISA STIGs, FIPS), and author SA&A and security artifacts while collaborating with DND and stakeholders.

Design and prototype graphical user interfaces and human factors-driven UX for military embedded hardware and software. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, create UI requirements and assets, prepare and review design documentation, and document analysis, design, and test activities within a SAFe development process.

Develop and test embedded software for ARM-based microprocessors used in military vehicle intercom and networking systems. Participate in design, code implementation, debugging, system integration, documentation, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Support test and verification, write software requirements, and collaborate with lead engineers.

Drive international sales of TacCIS products by translating technical capabilities into business value, supporting proposals and demos, capturing requirements, enabling BD, and acting as post-sale technical advocate. Collaborate with product, engineering, and partners, gather market intelligence, and support pricing and POCs to meet revenue targets.

Conduct ergonomic and human factors analyses for military systems, focusing on hardware, vehicle integration, reach and accommodation studies, usability testing, and user-centred design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, recommend design changes, produce reports and presentations, and support iterative improvements informed by research and testing.
