Drive international sales of TacCIS products by translating technical capabilities into business value, supporting proposals and demos, capturing requirements, enabling BD, and acting as post-sale technical advocate. Conduct ergonomic and human factors analyses for military systems, focusing on hardware, vehicle integration, reach and accommodation studies, usability testing, and user-centred design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, recommend design changes, produce reports and presentations, and support iterative improvements informed by research and testing.

Develop and test embedded and microprocessor software for military vehicle intercom/network systems. Implement, debug, and document code to requirements, support integration and system-level testing, participate in Scrum, and assist lead engineers.

Perform systems and cybersecurity engineering for LC5ISR-T: define requirements, design system security architecture, conduct vulnerability assessments, manage SPRs, support integration/testing, and produce SA&A and security artifacts to meet military/industry standards.
