Drive international sales of TacCIS products by translating technical capabilities into business value, supporting proposals and demos, capturing requirements, enabling BD, and acting as post-sale technical advocate. Collaborate with product, engineering, and partners, gather market intelligence, and support pricing and POCs to meet revenue targets.

Conduct ergonomic and human factors analyses for military systems, focusing on hardware, vehicle integration, reach and accommodation studies, usability testing, and user-centred design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, recommend design changes, produce reports and presentations, and support iterative improvements informed by research and testing.

Lead and mentor GUI and human-factors design for complex software and firmware on military embedded systems. Provide hands-on UX/HCI design, prototyping, usability testing, interface requirements, and design specifications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using SAFe, coach junior designers, and apply user-centred practices and AI/ML where appropriate.
