Provides primary IT support for a Calgary office, handling service desk requests, endpoint troubleshooting, hardware and software deployment, asset lifecycle coordination, inventory management, security remediation, documentation, and escalation. The role supports Windows environments, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, network access, and endpoint management tools while collaborating with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, procurement, facilities, and vendors.

Designs and develops mechanical systems for rugged military vehicle environments using CAD. Supports the full design lifecycle, including requirements, prototyping, assembly, verification, qualification, production ramp-up, and manufacturing support. Reviews drawings, performs 3D scanning and cable routing, collaborates with engineering and supply chain teams, and supports technical reporting. Travels to Canadian Department of National Defence locations and military bases for vehicle assessments, installation, and qualification activities.

Leads capture, planning, execution, and delivery of complex international defense programs. Owns cost, schedule, risk, quality, budget, customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and product teams; manages program documentation, reviews, proposals, resources, escalations, and corrective actions. Provides leadership and mentorship while driving strategic initiatives, portfolio growth, and continuous improvement. International travel and eligibility for Canadian government security clearance are required.
