Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations. Support quote-to-cash workflows, Zuora integrations, code reviews, testing, deployments, production troubleshooting, and technical documentation in a cross-functional agile team.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs for a cloud platform by aligning engineering, product, and analytics teams. Drive planning, risk mitigation, resource optimization, and data-driven performance analysis. Implement scalable program frameworks, communicate status to senior stakeholders, and influence technical and operational strategy to achieve measurable business outcomes.
