Drive planning, risk mitigation, resource optimization, and data-driven performance analysis. Implement scalable program frameworks, communicate status to senior stakeholders, and influence technical and operational strategy to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, focusing on enterprise-wide AI transformation.
