Develop and migrate Genius ERP to the web using Angular, analyze and implement new features, improve software and development practices, and collaborate with quality assurance and technical support teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Provides advanced L3 IT support and escalated troubleshooting while bridging the Network Administrator and L1/L2 technicians. Administers Microsoft 365 and Azure, manages networking, virtualization, backups, security controls, and documentation, and performs root-cause analysis. The role includes occasional office travel in the Quebec City region, on-call participation, and use of AI tools for troubleshooting and automation.

Analyze new features, improve software and development practices, and collaborate with quality analysts and technical support in an Agile Scrum environment. The role requires full-stack development experience, strong Angular, TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and SCSS skills, plus advanced French and written English.
