The Software Architect will develop software architecture, implement architectural patterns, ensure code quality, support modernization, and collaborate with teams on design principles.

Serve as the geoscience domain authority within R&D: clarify user stories, test and validate scientific correctness, support backlog refinement and QA, represent products to clients, produce technical documentation and training, and own product knowledge while enabling teammates and contributing to product improvements.

Act as the primary HR partner for GeoSoftware Americas, coaching leaders on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Coordinate with HR teams globally, manage external HR providers, ensure HR governance and compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the global HR support model.
