Lead global demo strategy and operations: design, build, and govern gold-standard SaaS demo environments and realistic data; develop modular demo content and AI-enabled assembly; align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement; drive seller and partner readiness, certification, and continuous improvement to improve win rates and product adoption.

Define and own enterprise observability architecture and standards. Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex, revenue-impacting contracts. Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal to manage contract lifecycle, assess risk, support compliance and continuous improvement, mentor junior staff, and use AI and contract tools to increase efficiency.

Lead global sales enablement strategy and organization to drive revenue, product adoption, and execution excellence. Build scalable readiness, launch and certification programs, govern messaging and demos, partner with Product/RevOps/Sales, measure enablement impact, and integrate AI into enablement. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes.
