Lead global demo strategy and operations: design, build, and govern gold-standard SaaS demo environments and realistic data; develop modular demo content and AI-enabled assembly; align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement; drive seller and partner readiness, certification, and continuous improvement to improve win rates and product adoption.

Define and own enterprise observability architecture and standards. Evaluate and standardize tooling, design scalable telemetry pipelines and storage, enforce OpenTelemetry instrumentation, create Terraform/Helm provisioning, define SLO/SLI frameworks, mentor engineers, and lead incident escalation and resolution.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex, revenue-impacting contracts. Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal to manage contract lifecycle, assess risk, support compliance and continuous improvement, mentor junior staff, and use AI and contract tools to increase efficiency.
