Leads complex electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, covering low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, standby power, instrumentation, lighting, communications, security, and life safety systems. Provides technical leadership, mentors staff, manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include client engagement, business development, electrical studies, design reviews, professional sealing, tender and construction support, and compliance with Canadian codes and standards.

Lead and grow GHD's rail and transit practice in Western Canada. Manage multidisciplinary teams and projects across the full lifecycle, oversee design deliverables and QA/QC, engage stakeholders and clients, drive business development, mentor staff, and support construction administration and site visits.

Leads capture strategy and execution across priority pursuits within Canadian federal sectors. Oversees pipeline health, forecasting, pursuit prioritization, executive reviews, capture plans, proposal and interview strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Advises on pursuit investments, strengthens capture governance, mentors capture managers, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. Requires strong commercial judgment, executive communication, market perspective, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business development, proposal, and technical teams.
