The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage teams and vendors, ensure compliance, and handle project documentation and reporting.

Coordinate and produce persuasive technical proposals and marketing collateral for engineering and construction pursuits. Lead proposal kickoff, schedule, template development, content coordination, editing, graphics, and review meetings while supporting strategic win planning and BD activities.

Lead adoption of generative AI across global marketing and creative teams, translating brand strategy into systems, templates, guardrails and scalable workflows. Provide hands-on creative direction, develop AI-assisted production methods, coach teams on tools and responsible AI use, and deliver high-quality, repeatable creative outputs across campaigns, presentations, landing pages and client materials.
