Lead and grow GHD's rail and transit practice in Western Canada. Manage multidisciplinary teams and projects across the full lifecycle, oversee design deliverables and QA/QC, engage stakeholders and clients, drive business development, mentor staff, and support construction administration and site visits.

Leads complex electrical engineering projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, covering low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, standby power, instrumentation, lighting, communications, security, and life safety systems. Provides technical leadership, mentors staff, manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include client engagement, business development, electrical studies, design reviews, professional sealing, tender and construction support, and compliance with Canadian codes and standards.

Provide expert compensation guidance across the Americas and EMEA, including pay decisions, salary structures, market pricing, pay equity, annual salary reviews, reward programs, and workforce analysis. Partner with business leaders and People Teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations, improve compensation frameworks, support reward governance, and strengthen organizational capability through tools, education, and continuous improvement.
