Teams at GHD

Lead and grow GHD's rail and transit practice in Western Canada. Manage multidisciplinary teams and projects across the full lifecycle, oversee design deliverables and QA/QC, engage stakeholders and clients, drive business development, mentor staff, and support construction administration and site visits.

Leads moderately complex to complex environmental assessment, reclamation, and remediation projects for oil and gas and energy-sector clients. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, vendors, subcontractors, regulatory obligations, and client relationships from initiation through closeout. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, oversees field execution, prepares project reporting, and mentors junior professionals. The role is based in Calgary with limited remote flexibility and occasional travel for client meetings, project coordination, and site visits.

Lead major defence and federal infrastructure programs from strategic pursuit through execution and closeout. Establish governance, delivery frameworks, risk and commercial strategies, and oversee schedule, budget, quality, procurement, project controls, and stakeholder engagement. Advise government clients and delivery partners, lead multidisciplinary teams, support strategic pursuits, and develop project delivery capability across Canada. The role requires extensive experience delivering major capital programs in complex, remote, or logistically challenging environments.
