Runs and analyzes conflicts searches for lateral attorney candidates by reviewing matter lists, researching corporate structures, searching internal databases, and preparing reports for Conflicts Attorneys. Identifies potential conflicts, supports ethical screens, maintains audit-ready records, coordinates with recruiting and conflicts teams, and escalates complex issues. The role requires strong research, analytical, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Independently manages complex electronic court filings, service, document retrieval, docket monitoring, and procedural research across California state and federal courts. Reviews submissions for compliance, coordinates corrections, tracks deadlines, and communicates with attorneys and court personnel. Provides guidance, training, mentoring, quality control, and filing resources to other specialists while supporting efficient, accurate litigation operations.

Manages billing rate administration, fee arrangement databases, internal approval compliance, legal pricing analyses, competitor and market studies, and related projects. Collaborates with billing teams, attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders while providing pricing subject-matter expertise and high-quality service. Requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
