Designs, integrates, programs, commissions, and optimizes industrial robotic cells for CNC machine tending, material handling, and manufacturing operations. Integrates robots with PLCs, CNC equipment, safety systems, sensors, and production networks; performs debugging, FAT/SAT, safety validation, and production support. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams while improving cycle time, reliability, OEE, and automation standardization.

Create and maintain leveled production schedules across a four-week to three-month horizon, balancing labor, machinery, material constraints, and plant capacity. Ensure ERP/MRP data integrity, optimize planning parameters, identify systemic scheduling errors, and prevent material shortages and capacity bottlenecks. Translate demand into manufacturing and raw-material requirements, coordinate planning meetings, and hand off verified schedules to manufacturing operations.
