Plan, coordinate, and execute client-facing events and sponsorships for Life Sciences and Healthcare groups. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, invitations, CRM tracking, post-event ROI analysis, and collaborate with attorneys and Client Development to drive engagement and business development.

Support attorneys on complex private investment fund matters including drafting and reviewing formation documents, managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML, coordinating closings and capital calls, maintaining records, assisting with SEC and state filings, researching securities and compliance issues, and liaising with clients and service providers to ensure accurate, timely execution of fund transactions and workflows.

Provide expert legal and business research to attorneys and staff using advanced research tools; advise on research strategy; manage research workflow; develop training, onboarding, newsletters, and intranet content; evaluate and recommend online resources; support continuous learning and Research Services initiatives.
