Design product experiences for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph, entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench. Simplify complex, changing system relationships for engineers, SREs, and technical users through clear, role-based interfaces. Responsibilities include user research, translating data into accessible experiences, documenting design decisions, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and balancing customer, business, and technical needs. The role also includes mentoring designers and contributing to the evolution of the remote Product Design organization.

Lead end-to-end technical direction for Grafana’s Session Replay product across frontend, backend, and data systems. Design scalable columnar storage, ingestion pipelines, data models, and query patterns for high-volume session data. Build cross-product investigation workflows connecting replay with observability data, guide architecture, collaborate with customers and internal teams, improve engineering practices, and mentor engineers.

Develop and maintain full-stack integrations for Grafana Cloud observability: build TypeScript/React frontends, Go backends, and Jsonnet mixins. Ship end-to-end features, own projects from design to production, contribute upstream to Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, participate in on-call rotation, and represent the team's work across the org.
